Afternoon Yoga Retreat
Saturday 22nd August 2026 - 12-3pm - £45
3 hours of yoga, pampering, sound healing and restoration.
Give yourself time to find stillness, calm and just ‘be’.
Let’s celebrate your Mamahood.
Our Mama Glow Retreats are designed for all mothers, whether your babies are months, years or decades old. Suitable for beginners and postnatally safe from 10 weeks.
In the busyness of motherhood, it’s easy to put yourself low on the priority list. But taking time to pause, rest and reconnect with yourself, you can return to your family feeling calmer, stronger and more present.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, deep relaxation and a space filled with warmth and support, you’ll leave feeling recharged in body and mind. Because when you fill your own cup, you have so much more to give to those you love.
Come and take the time you so deserve.
