Baby Glow 5 Week Massage Course

The perfect starter Mum & Baby class for newborns. Classes are deliberately kept small, offering a calming group class environment for both baby and mama. From 8 weeks.

What’s included?

  • 5 classes covering lots of baby massage techniques that build up to a full body routine to help soothe, calm and ease baby’s little aches when needed.

  • A pot of cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil for you to use during the sessions and take home afterwards.

  • A glossy handout reminder of all the strokes we cover during our course, so you can continue your learnings at home.

  • Plus gentle stretches for mum and playful baby yoga to help baby’s gross motor skill development.

  • Tea, sweet treats and time to chat with other mums at the end of class.

Why Baby Massage?

Baby massage has been practiced for thousands of years in many cultures across the world. Gentle touch is a beautiful way to show your baby that they are loved and safe. This simple but powerful routine of connection offers baby a magical beginning, which becomes the foundation for their emotional and intellectual development later in life. 

Baby yoga is incorporated into our classes, where we use safe and fun movements to stimulate baby’s vestibular system which is responsible for their balance, co-ordination and sensory-motor skills. Baby yoga provides the building blocks to those all important milestones of rolling, crawling and eventually walking with confidence and ease.
