Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates
Stretch, breathe and connect with your growing baby
Our carefully designed weekly classes are a wonderful way to connect with your changing body during pregnancy. We use gentle movement, flowing through pregnancy-safe yoga postures to relieve those common aches, as well as specific Pilates exercises to build strength in the body needed for the third trimester and birth.
We also work through breathing and calming techniques to help during labour as well as dynamic movements you can practice to keep labour progressing. Each week is based on a different theme, so that by your due date you feel knowledgable and empowered to birth your baby, whatever that looks like for you.
We take time for tea after class, offering you the chance to connect with other mamas-to-be, share experiences & support each other through pregnancy and very often beyond. From 12 weeks pregnant.

FAQs
I’m in my third trimester, can I still join classes now?
Absolutely! Practicing Yoga & Pilates at any stage during pregnancy is a brilliant way to relieve those third trimester aches, build connection with your baby and take time to pause and breathe in what is very often a busy time.
I have never practiced yoga before. Is it safe?
Yoga is one of the most recommended forms of exercise during pregnancy as it helps to create a sense of calm as well as gently strengthening your body. No previous experience of yoga is necessary, I will guide you through everything. I am a fully trained yoga teacher and have completed many additional specialised trainings in pre and postnatal yoga and Pilates, so you are in very safe hands.
What should I wear and bring with me to class?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in, loose clothing or leggings that you can easily move in. Please bring a yoga mat and a firm cushion to use during our class. I also recommend bringing water to stay hydrated during the session. Everything else is provided.
