Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates

Stretch, breathe and connect with your growing baby

Our carefully designed weekly classes are a wonderful way to check in with your changing body during pregnancy. We use gentle movement, flowing through pregnancy safe yoga postures to relieve those common aches, as well as specific Pilates exercises to build strength in the body. We also work through various breathing and calming techniques to help you during labour and into motherhood. Each week is based on a different theme, with the intention that by your due date you feel knowledgable, prepared and empowered to birth your baby, whatever that looks like for you.

We take time for tea after class, offering you the chance to connect with other mamas-to-be, share experiences & support each other in this most precious and fleeting time in your life. From 12 weeks pregnant.

Single Class

A single, drop in class that can be booked up to 5 minutes before the session! If you already have a Class Bundle, want to trial a Mama Glow class or join the occasional class, this option is for you.

£15 per session.

6 Class Bundle

Most Mamas-to-be choose to come to Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates weekly to prepare mind and body for birth. This package offers you the best price with the flexibility of missing a class if you need to. Once purchased, just book onto 6 Single Classes within 90 days. This package can be used for both Pregnancy and Postnatal classes.

£12.50 per session.
