If you’re looking to stretch out those postnatal aches, to safely strengthen your body from the inside out and find connection and space for yourself, then our Mama Glow classes are for you.
Our Postnatal Yoga and Pilates classes are a different kind of Mum and baby class - boosting your energy levels whilst still spending time with your baby.
Each of our Postnatal Yoga and Pilates classes is unique, bringing in the spaciousness that yoga offers and the gentle strengthening of Pilates. We focus on releasing those common aches such as tight shoulders, stiff necks and lower back pain while working to realign the pelvis and ribcage as your body adjusts back after growing and nourishing your baby. We also work every week to slowly build strength in ours cores and pelvic floors helping you to recover from the inside out.
We take time for tea and sweet treats after class, offering you the chance to connect with other mamas.

Single Class
A single, drop in class that can be booked 5 minutes before the session! If you want to join as and when or trial a Mama Glow class, this option is for you.
£15 per session.
6 Class Bundle
Join wherever and whenever you like! This is the option for you if you know you like to stay flexible, know you will miss a session in the term or want to take more than one class a week.
£12.50 session. 90 days to redeem.
Term Ticket
For those Mamas who like to commit to a term to keep you coming! Book onto the next term of Mama Glow at your preferred location.

FAQs
What do I need to bring with me to class?
Just bring a yoga mat and something cosy for your baby to lie on. All rooms are warm and safe for baby. Some mamas like to bring toys for older babies. Everything else is provided.
What if my baby cries during the session?
Soothing, changing or feeding your baby during our classes is totally expected. Every week is different! We also incorporate baby into our movements, giving them some gentle stimulation and adding extra strengthening for you at the same time.
My baby is crawling - is this ok?
Absolutely! Babies can freely crawl about in a safe space. Each mum is responsible for their own baby, but I can always lend a cuddle and love it when the mini yogis join me on the mat.
I have the option for childcare while I come to class, do I have to bring my baby?
No, you can certainly come solo and some mamas do. This class is designed for your postnatal recovery so if you have the opportunity and it works for you, then please do what you feel will benefit you best.
