Supporting women from pre-conception and pregnancy, through to postnatal and beyond. Our Mum and Baby classes help to calm the mind and actively strengthen the body, creating a sense of balance and connection with your baby and to yourself.
Both Pregnancy and the Postnatal period are special and fleeting times, spent deepening your relationship with your baby and getting to know your changing body, as well as creating new friendships to find support during a chapter of change and self-discovery. We make time after every class to have a cup of tea and a sweet treat at the end of every class, so that you get some pause time to relax and connect with other mums.
