Calming, nurturing and supportive classes, designed with both mum and baby in mind.

Supporting women from pre-conception and pregnancy through to postnatal and beyond. These classes help to calm the mind and gently strengthen the body, creating a sense of balance and connection with your baby and to yourself.

Classes offer an opportunity to use Yoga and Pilates to help you create space, fluidity, strength and balance in both body and mind. Baby Massage aids your baby’s physical development, co-ordination, balance offers us quality one to one bonding time through loving touch. Feeding, changing and comforting your baby when you need to through the sessions is always priority, with the ability to adapt poses to include baby.

Both Pregnancy and Maternity leave are special and fleeting times, spent deepening your relationship with your baby but also creating new friendships to find support during a chapter of change and self-discovery. We always make time to have a cup of tea and cake or biscuits at the end of class so that you can relax and connect with other mums.

Pregnancy Yoga

Carve out time in your busy week to breathe, move and connect with your growing baby. These carefully designed classes create both space and strength in the body and mind, preparing you each week to bring your baby into the world. From 12 weeks pregnant.

 

Baby Massage

One of the best ways to bond with your baby early on is to practice baby massage. Our sessions cover lots of techniques and tips to help soothe baby’s little aches such as wind, relax and teething, all in a calming sensory environment perfect for newborns. From 6 weeks.

 

Mama & Baby Yoga & Pilates

These classes are the perfect way to return to gentle exercise postpartum. Using specific elements from both Yoga & Pilates, we work to revitalise and strengthen the body and mind and find relief from those early aches and pains. From 8 weeks postpartum through to baby walking.
